Two Ways to Register for any Tour

1. Print out the mail-in registration form and fill it out:

Read carefully and sign the Release of Waiver of Liability.
Mail to Around Wisconsin Bicycle Tours, N3340 Cortland Lane, Antigo, WI. 54409.

2. Fill in the online registration form. Read carefully and type your name at the bottom of the Waiver of Liability. Click the submit button.

Two ways to pay your deposit

1. Mail a check made out to Around Wisconsin Bicycle Tours, N3340 Cortland Lane, Antigo, WI 54409

2. Use the PayPal add to cart basket at the bottom of the registration page. (a 3% charge will be added to the amount of the deposit) a PayPal account is not needed.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation and Refund Policies.
    For cancellations by guests, our normal cancellation policy will apply in 2025.  At this point, all of us are fully aware of the pandemic and the risks associated with it.  Therefore, we are asking guests to take responsibility for their travel commitments going forward.

    • A cancellation fee of $100 to cover our administrative costs will be assessed on all cancellation notices
      received more than 60 days prior to the tour departure date.
    • If notice of a cancellation is fewer than 60 days from the tour departure date and we are subsequently able to fill the tour, the cancellation charge is $100.  If we are unable to fill your spot on the tour and cancellation is received 31-60 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour balance will apply or the dollars paid to date can be applied to next year’s tour minus $100.
    • If we unable to fill the tour and cancellation is received fewer than 31 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour price will apply or the dollars paid can be applied to next year’s tour minus a $300 charge.
    • Around Wisconsin Bicycle Tours will make a good faith effort to fill your spot.  However, we cannot guarantee the success of that effort.  There are no refunds given for any unused portion of the tour.

    We do recommend travel insurance. Allianz Travel Insurance is a reputable company and has been used by others in the past. Many companies do offer plans. Read carefully their covered reasons for cancellation, especially in regards to COVID. If you are traveling alone and request that we find you a roommate, we will try but cannot guarantee. Without a roommate, the private room extra charge will apply.

    • Price before April 30: $1,695, after April 30: $1,795; Single Condo surcharge: $190; Single Supplement: $500
    • Deposit of $100 is due within 10 days of registration, Second deposit of $700 is due on March 15th, 2025 or within 10 days of registration
    • Final Payment due July 1st, 2026
